I have to agree - sounds like classic chunk missing from tire or real bad balance issue.

If you MUST test without getting tires balanced you could do a quick rotation on your own and see if the issue changed at all. I recommend a shop tho.

Ok, at this point I'm not concerned about the shaking but more so the downshifting when I let off the gas.
