RE: transfer case
Per this site and their information, I would say no.

RE: transfer case
Thanks Mike. I don't know if you remember, but I'm the guy that bought my disco and found out the guy before me had been driving it all around with the diff lock engaged. Anyway...I just finished with the front drive. The front diff is still good. I replaced both front cv joints. Now I am going to embark into changing out the transfer case and I should be all good after that.

RE: transfer case
Have you considered rebuilding it? Have you split it to see what items are worn? Might be able to do it cheaper (or as cheap) as buying an "also ran" considering shipping. I've rebuilt a couple (not Rover) andthey werereally a cinch. Alot fewercomponentsthan tranny's. Personally, I'd split it open before committing on buying a used one, just to see.
