Default Transmission Failing??

Ok, so I was driving down I-10 in Houston the other day when i started to lose power. I looked in my back glass and noticed a film on it. I managed to exit and pull over. I continued to lose power altogether and it looked like transmission fluid leaking out. Any ideas?

ok, i figured out the issue. evidently the transmission cooler line has come loose on the drivers side. I changed the radiator out a few weeks ago and it must have come loose. I can't seem to get it back on securely. any tricks to this? or is it just muscle to it clicks?

Be careful cowboy.
Woah.

Make sure the collar on the receiver can move back and forth.
The collar is the locking mechanism on it.

Hold the collar back.
Insert the hose onto the fitting.
Then make sure the collar slides forward.

Then check the hose is fitted by trying to gently pull it off again with the collar
in the lock position.

Can't shake it loose?

Then it will not come loose under normal driving and you are done.
