Trouble Codes!!!
Ok I've had this problem for awhile now but school(engineering) limits me from doing any work on my Disco or posting to the site. I recently pulled some codes from my disco and recieved the following codes:
p0103
p0102
p1191
p1185
p1314
the problems that I'm experincing is popping from the intake/air filter and a very erratic idle 850-1000rpm in "P"ark then it would drop to around 654rpm and then back to 800rpm in "D"rive I have no power at all, If I push on the gas it does nothing but pop and stall out untils it's about to die. I have my compression tester just havent hooked it up yet but when I do I'll let you know the numbers, can anyone help me with the codes/problems above as it would be greatly appreciated!
thanks,
Jerry

You need a tune up ASAP! Thats new plugs and wires.

I used these in the 8mm size and they work great!
Then reset your codes and see what ones come back.

you need a mass air flow sensor, aside from one that the cam was timed on, its the only reason ive ever seen for this engine to backfire through the intake. also, you need to check fuse 3. the codes are for your mafs, all your o2 heater circuits and a misfire on startup. put a new mafs in, if that fuse isnt blown, youll need 4 o2 sensors, and get your base idle and iac stepper counts set, youll need a rover computer for those last two. but you should be in good shape then.
