Default trouble codes

BACKGROUND:
2000 disco II w/141k miles

recent tune up
new MAF, crank position sensor, cam postition sensor (tested and NOT replaced)
3 amigos is on (and has been for the entire 3 years ive owned vehicle)
check engine light is NOT on

PROBLEM:
my disco isnt running right at all. it idles ok but when it is put into gear it sputters and (sometimes) dies at 11MPH and or 1800 RPM.

ok, my new innova scantool Can OBD2 reader arrived today.
RESULTS:
(i dont know if im writing down the right info so if you got suggestions let me know - PLEASE!)
calc load % 3.1
ECT degree F 165
STFT B1 (%) 0
LTFT B1 (%) 24.2
STFT B2 (%) 0
LTFT B2 (%) 0
IAT degree F 64
MAF (lb/min) .734
O2B1 S1 (V) .445
O2B1 S2 (V) .445

i have no idea what these numbers mean as my scanner didnt come with a hookup or disc that my MAC will attach to and run (figures...) or what the numbers are supossed to be.

these numbers are taken while the vehicle was idleing the shut down by me.

suggestions?

thanks!

LTFT B1 (Long term fuel trim) above 20% is out of range on just about all cars - so it's running lean for some reason. Most of the time, LTFT is set based on STFT and then compared. As STFT rises, LTFT will adjust upwards as well. Have you run seafoam through your fuel system yet? That would be where I'd start (cleaning up dirty injectors) but wait for Mike or Spike to chime in with a better potential diagnosis. If the Seafoam in the gas tank doesn't cure it, then I'd say my original diagnosis of a bad TPS was spot on...

Also unplug the TPS and start the engine and attempt to drive it. Note if there is a difference in performance.

Before you go unplugging things, can you get some real Rover 4 digit fault codes so the rest of us can chime in?

It's the only wire loom on the side of the throttle body. A 4 prong plug that you just squeeze and unplug.

mike - the check engine light is NOT on so the only error codes i am getting are for the 3 amigos. remember, thats whats making this such a b*tch.

if you know how to operate the scanner PLEASE let me know - im getting out smarted by it and the manual is written in mechanic/technical savy language which for sure aint me.
