I have been looking all over for questions and answers about some of the codes that have been flipped on my '96 disco 1. it has around 148k miles on it

These are the codes:
p1447- Manufacturer Control Auxilary emissions control

p1193- Manfacturer Control Fuel air metering

p0158- O2 sensor circuit high volts (bank 2 sensor 2)

P0446- EVAP Emission control system vent circuit malfunction

this is the exact descriptions that came off my scan tool, just wondering if someone could shed some light on what they mean. Also where to start from troubleshooting.

I have notice i have a small hole in the exhust pipe near the rear of the truck, could this be tripping one of the codes?

One more thing my ABS light is on on my dash but have had not had any issues with the braking. Any help would be greatly appricated.
