Truck won't start after Heater Core and Head Gasket replacement

I'm thinking vacuum leak too, it would cause the idle to be low or stall but wouldn't have much effect at higher rpm. It wouldn't cause a code (immediately anyway, eventually, but not right away).

Yes the coils were connected. I know it has the symptoms of a vac leak but I've checked every connection I know. Unless there is a wire back there that is commonly missed. I did disconnect the passenger side spark plugs from the head when i changed the gasket. If spark plugs happened to be switched, would i have these kind of symptoms? Though Im fairly certain I have the wires back correctly. The length of each wire gave it a way but perhaps one just appeared shorter/longer than the other upon reassembly.

Okay, just had my brother over here and he's more inclined with engine sounds than I am and he says it's misfiring. I checked that ground again and it is connected. I'm thinking I missed a connection on the coil pack. I know there are two connections on each side but is there another one? Do the two clips have a tricky way of securing? I thought they were connected correctly...
