I had this exact problem. Turned out to be multiple failed bulbs.Be sure to check all of them, front and rear until they are all working.

To add to this - and potentially unrelated but worth checking.

Apparently its not uncommon for the bulb socket to corrode - the contacts in one of mine was heavily corroded to the point the bottom contact actually fell out.
I had none of these symptoms but if you're digging in, you might as well check this too.
Sockets are on Amazon for about $5 each

yup! The solution to my problem was corroded header joints under the dashboard. U need the rave manual to figure out What header it is. I cut the corroded wires and soldered them together. Worked like a charm.

check your fuse box or pigtail, i had this melted the XYZ pigtail.
