25.5, now that's interesting and not correct either, if you divide 95 liters into Gallons you get 25.09 Gallons.
Doesn't really matter when ya do the real math.

Nope, sure doesn’t matter when the real math is done. However, that pic is straight from the RAVE.

My calculated MPG dropped more than 1mpg when I went from tires size 255/65-16 to 255/60-18 tire size. I blame part of the problem from my speedometer and odometer were off a bit (only going 55mph when it indicated 60mph) when I had the OE size in place. With the larger size my speedo is close to right on now, but my highway mileage is around 15-16mpg. I have a hard time to get double digit mpg figures in city driving.
