Well, I ended up removing the lower windshield trim inorder to replace the foam cowl filter, paint wiper arms, etc. The black trim popped off pretty easy but noticed some of the clips stayed w/ the trim and others stuck to the cowl panel I'm getting ready to reinstall the trim and was wondering IF the clip should all be attached to the windshield trim piece OR cowl trim?!?!?! ANY help??

 

i would put them on the the piece that you removed. When you alignment everything up it should snap incorrectly
