Did you use assembly lube or oil on the bearings? is it totally frozen up or just hard to spin? Maybe plastiguage to check clearances? Did you have the crank polished?
I’ve been following this thread because I’m about to start the reinstall of my crankshaft soon (block comes home from the machine shop tomorrow). Just out of curiosity, did you follow the crankshaft refit procedure in the rebuild manual? There’s a pretty specific torque sequence for the bolts and they aren’t all torqued to the same value. I’ll try and post a picture.
