Value for '02 Disco SE7 -- Seized engine
What is a ballpark value for an 02 Disco SE7 with a seized motor? 150k miles on it.
This will obviously be for parts, but I have someone offering it to me tonight.
Any guesses are appreciated. Thanks!

Just took a look at the truck.
Not 100% sure if it's an SE7, but it does have the jump seats in back. Not the prettiest rig in the world, but the front bumper (which I need)is in excellent condition, and it's got a decent brush guard that needs sand blasted and powder coated.
They are asking $800.00, yes eight hundred for the truck. Can I really go wrong with this price?

I bought a 2002 D2 SE for $1k with a bad motor. I have now made $2k parting it out plus all the odds and ends that I needed for my truck. I have the potential of making another grand but it's become too much extra work at this point.
Moral of the story is that $800 is a great deal, especially if you can salvage parts for yourself as well.

Yeah and the best part is it was just a blown head gasket and a bad alternator. It had been sitting for 2 years because it "didn't run". I'm rebuilding this engine for my truck assuming there are no unseen issues with the block.
