x2. If it's just coolant in the cylinders, that just tells us it's most likely a headgasket. Depending on the amount of damage, they may need to be machined. When I did mine, did not get heads machined, just slapped a new gasket in there and it did the trick. Doing a headgasket replacement is little more than a step by step process of removing bolts, screws and parts, cleaning everything, then putting it all back. Its totally doable.

i dont think so if the truck is in good shape clean exterior and interior you can get up to 10 k or more
I just turned down 9 k for mine

Before shot. I sanded it down with a fine grit first.
taped the truck off all the way around and used this with a spray gun
work in progress Finished look in just a few hours.
closeup of the roof which I did a few years ago and still looks the same now.
