In the transfer case!! I had no slip or slack. Just got truck back from the shop they swapped in my used transfercase and wham! Never rode so good' now on to lift wheels paint blah blah

Glad I did my little abs tc fuse pull trick to sort front from back vibration

Because 03s have no CDL (mine does now) I couldn't just pull a drive shaft and drive to de if it was front or back drive related.

Basically, I pulled the abs and tc fuse so that truck wouldn't think a wheel was slipping and send me flying off jack stand. I lifted the front two (and tried one at a time to Narrow it down) wheels off the ground applied parking brake and chocked rear wheels. Then I put it in drive and got it up to vibration speed and yes it was still there. Then I lifted the back and chocked the front VERY VERY VERY VERY GOOD. Released hand brake and accelerated. No vibration.

I'm glad to hear that worked for you. Not to be a dick but if it had dropped off the jackstands that would have been AWESOME! Kind of like the ending of Ferris Bueller's Day Off only forwards instead of backwards.
