You ACTUALLY were able to talk to someone??? That's a lot better than I got. Rack was chipped and bent went it arrived, as well as miss 7 bolts and I can't get it them to resolve anything. They're ghosts when you need them. Customer service even worse than their products!!!

Been told that SD is different on the B-pillar support as well.
