Default Warm ventilation air

What's thereason I get semi-warm air out of my ventilation system when just thefan is on? 68 degrees today and I still had to roll the window down or turn on the A/C.

I've noticed this for years but never really worried about it because 95% of the time I've used the A/C.Since the engine compartment gets pretty hot Ifigured it warmed up the vented air somehow.

This is not a big deal since the current situation warms the truck up just right for the2-3months of cool weather we do get then, I'll be right back to A/C. We don't get much middle ground weather-wise here. I'm thinking I have a some kind of ventilation duct diverter not closing all the way or something but what do I know. FYI, the blower unit was replaced under warranty when it was new, perhaps something wasn't put together correctly. Someone set me straight on this if you can.

Thanks in advance!

It should be outside temp air coming in, unless you are sitting idleing for a long time.
I think that you have a blend door or something not closing all the way.

Very normal for a D2. Rover changed control units twice and then gave up.
Just have to live with it or bypass your heater core during the warmer times.
