Default water filled turn signal

Lost my left turn signal and after checking out the fuses and bulbs, found my left front turn signal completely filled with water. I could raise goldfish in it.

So, I wonder, what's the fix for that? Silicon or tape the edges?

Ha. This is a repeat of my thread.

Drill holes in it. Back or front.

The seals commonly go on these. You can get a new one from me for $30, or you could drill a small hole in the bottom and never have it happen again

I've also seen where people did not put everything back together snugly after replacing a bulb. I'm not sure about the front of the older D2, but I know the 2003+ front lights can have this problem.
