Default Water Leak but From Where?

Gents,

It's finally been raining here and Texas and the Mrs. noticed some water on top of the dash of her '04 Disco, looked like it dripped off the mirror. She said the headliner doesn't have a wet spot and she ran her hand along the windshield in case the seal was damaged, no water and it's stopped leaking...

Would this be indicative of a clogged sunrook drain or a windshield seal?

Sunroof drains (two on the corners), caulked in place. Item 10 on attached drawing. I don't have these troublesome children. I would wonder, before pulling the head liner out, if there might be some exact size hose that could be slid down inside what is there, and glued in place.

blow out the drains with water and pour water down them to make sure water comes out.
then take a hose and put it on top of the sunroof and turn it on to make sure no more water comes down. if it does then pull down the headliner and look for the leak.
