Water leak where headliner meets top of windshield

@bcolins yup that is not good, my passenger side leaked along that gap on the outside edge. I used a bead of silicone followed by that clear flex seal spray. 80 MIL (about 2.75 inches) of rain in 12 hours and no water inside, so it worked.

@bcolins My leak came out directly behind the glove box, water just travels. You could have more issues up there, those rubber corners look like they are not sealed at the top or at the gutters.

just going thru this snafu with my 03. same size hole where the corner piece meets the windshield piece. I used black RTV sealant. The drip edge that runs along the roof line...do you just put a good bead of silicone in there and spread it out evenly inside to seal it? The roof paint extends on my rig into whatever was originally in that piece of metal.
