I am getting a weird noise from the front left of the Discovery. It almost sounds like tire howl from the tires but is slower then the tire speed cadence. It is a "woom woom" sound at the cadence of digital alarm. I replace the front driveshaft, I tested the wheel for play, doesn't change speed with gear changes or putting it in neutral. Any ideas?

Wheel bearing hub? Drive it, turn the wheel left and right the sound change when load
unload the bearing.
