Next Monday I'll be heading in the opposite direction, to Phoenix to do some wheeling down there. Should be a good time. Anyone interested in wheeling around Phoenix is invited. Nothing specific planned but my buddy and I can put a trip together if anyone is interested.

the next trip is gonna be a camping trip over president's day weekend. place undetermined as of right now but we are gonna camp at the "toilet bowl" you got high-centered in. we found some new places/obstacles in TA 23 (the same area as last time) and i was thinking of taking the group up to some trails i know up by mt rainer or over to capital peak state forest.

as for the boots: the heels of my army boots get dragged over the same spot on the door seals a dozen times a day - it hasnt actually wore down the seals so much as caused a bunch of little tears in the seal. which makes a handy spot for water to seep in.
