What did you do with your DII today?
Raised up and re-tightened the driver's side wiper arm, simple greened the grease and oil off the inside of the fuel door, and tried to take apart my blown LR factory bottle jack!
I've seen the thread titled Factory Bottle Jack Rebuild and it didn't seem quite as simple to repair. Factory Bottle Jack Rebuild (When I pushed down on the top of the jack, oil seeps out of the side of the outer most ring. I also unscrewed the jack relief valve all the way to see how much fluid remains).
If I were to purchase any bottle jack would it matter they have circular tops and not the "V" top as the LR Factory Bottle Jack has?
Thanks!

Replaced the SLABS ECU I had been borrowing from a friend while he waits for money to make it drivable. I upgraded to a SLABS unit from a 2004 D2. I had read somewhere that the ABS/TC settings on the latest ECUs were preferable to earlier models, and best of all, I no longer get the Three Amigos when I restart the vehicle with the CDL engaged like previously!! Win!
Cleaned a handful of leaves out of my a/c blower. Took a full 10 minutes. So much nicer having air without the horrible tick.
Then started back trying to find out why I keep getting codes for P1170 and P1173. I never get them together. I clear one and then a week later the other pops up.

About a month ago my power steering decided to die so I parked it until i had the parts to replace the pump. While doing that i put in a new thermostat and replaced the coolant line from the overflow tank to the throttle body. Finally got all that buttoned up and went to start it. Instantly the lights and horn started going off and it threw code P1668. I read up on it and decided this might be the last straw for The English Patient but i decided to try a new battery and it solved the problem.
I refilled the coolant like it said to in the manual and in the videos from Atlantic British but i can still hear some Swooshing sounds behind the dash. Does anyone have and ideas what could be causing it?
