Looking forward to picking up my truck next week from Overtyme Bill Muetze is working his magic with adjustable shock towers, watts linked, front radius arms, spring retainers, rear radius arms, 2 inch bump stops, stainless break lines, welded rock rails to the frame, additional structure to rear bumper and front bumper, and last but not least another 2 inches on the lift, making it 4 inches, now just need to order me some 10" shocks.

Guys need some advice on fan clutch options.

I have a 99-02 D2 fan ready for a new clutch to be put on it. First question here is, what bolt size do I need?

Second. Is the Hayden Heavy duty clutch worth it? What are the draw backs opposed to standard duty? Will the HD be extremely loud? Will it keeps temperatures down with the AC on?

I've read on a few forums that the Hayden severe duty can make the fan explode? I don't want the severe duty but have their been cases of this with the HD?

Im considering an HD clutch because I will getting a steel bumper in the future and I figure that will put more stress on the engine. Not mention the ridiculous heat in the NC summer. I also figure that it will provide some insurance with overheating.

Would really appreciate the advice.

Today I drove my DII around in 107f/42c and 50% humidity with no a/c... it has blown not one, but two a/c blower relays in the last week.

Maybe the blower is full of trash and leaves?

Replaced the parking brake cable. What a PITA.

That was my first thought, too. Definitely going to clean it out before I start chasing wires looking for a problem.

Replaced starter after it decided to fail last weekend at the bottom of the trails. Luckily it waited until we were turning around at the bottom to go back up, so retrieving the truck wasn't terrible.

What an easy job. Love these trucks.

Happen to check on craigslist last night, and found a like new black cargo cover for 40.00. Sent a text to him and met him at lunch today. I had been looking, but they were all over 100.00.
