I picked up a project '93 Range Rover Classic. It doesn't show in this photo, but it needs everything (oil leaks everywhere, suspension, shocks, electrical work etc etc)
I've named him Senor Blanco!

Hopefully Alfred isn't too jealous with all the work I have to do to get the RRC up and running.

Awesome. Are you starting a dedicated thread in the RRC forums? Please share if you are.

So, last weekend, I changed the transmission fluid, and cursed how hot the converter got while filling it. My arm was close to the left converter while pumping fluid in, and once made contact. I didn't realise until today that I have part of the converter part number now branded to my forearm. I am now cursing that my arm wasn't 2" forward because then I would have the Land Rover oval on my arm.

Finally, installed my Akebono pads and EBC dimpled and grooved rotors. Glad I did, the front rotors were grooved slightly and pads were very thin. The back looked great and pads looked pretty new. Now to break them in. Very straight forward, and used the OEM lug wrench, since i did not have my socket set with me. Now maybe, I will not have to clean my wheels weekly, from brake dust.

Ordered a brit part steel bumper to replace my plastic rear bumper that was damaged in an accident.

I also ordered tail lamp guards on ebay. Been wanting those for a few years now.

Didn't know where else to post this. I sold my Disco a couple months ago and am still finding random stuff I had from it.

Just found a hose for expansion tank to radiator from Rovers North. Here's a comparable piece from Atlantic British.

It's not authentic. So it's only $20 from Rovers North. But I'd be happy to send it to anybody who wants it for the cost of shipping (Maybe $10-$15). First person to PM me gets it. Just provide me your address, I'll send it, and then send you a copy of the shipping receipt.

Oh, and if anyone needs a full set of Disco 1 lug nuts, I'm happy to sell those too! I bought them thinking they'd fit my D2. They've been in the box for the last 2 years.

ETA: Claimed!
