Bill did you pick the tires up? Their shop is right in Gurnee off Grove Ave.

 

They didn't have these at the office. They were at the warehouse on the southside. So they offered to ship them to me for free so I took them up on it. They were at my doorstep the next afternoon

 

Washed the disco up and took a few pictures in decent light







And I added a new sticker, the new rack made by trail tailor will be here tomorrow

 

Installed front and rear TerraFirma wrap around diff guards. Oh and FedEx lied again the rack won't be here till tomorrow

 

This weekend I got all my stuff organized in the back. Recovery gear, survival gear, a full case of water bottles, and some other junk in a 111 quart Plano Sportsman's Trunk. Vehicle fluids, tire repair, and towing stuff in a large ammo box, tools in a smaller ammo box. A place for everything, it's all strapped down and secure, and I still have room for a few shopping bags... yesterday I changed my oil... tomorrow, I head to Panamint Valley Days http://www.cal4wheel.com/panamint-valley-days

Scored one of these at a local junkyard for $10 today.
Installed in about 4 seconds.

 

It's fall! So time for off-season upgrades/repairs.




My shredded stock bumper is off and my Quadratec 9500is Synthetic Winch has arrived. So has 3" LED fog lights..

Where's my Tactical Rover's Bumper?!?! It's been two weeks now, arrive already!

 

Removed my Upper and Lower Ball Joints today.... Worst job I have every done. Going in, all new Ball Joints, all new Heavy Duty ARB Coils, all new sway bar assemblies, all new PolyBush Sway Bar Bushings, TerraFirma Steering Rods with all new ball joints, All new watts linkage bushings with PolyBush outer bushings.

ALMOST a brand new suspension, total cost: $1100.
