D2 actually requires toe out. Not all vehicles toe the same way. 1/8" out on factory tires is correct.

It should be slightly toed in.
The tires will actually toe out some as the truck begins to move forward.

This week: completed my rotoflex delete which fixed up my vibration quite nicely. Well, mostly, but I think the last bit of vibe is in the TC.

Also completed my panhard conversion. Big fan, honestly feels like it drives better even though my watts wasn't worn out.

Also got 285/75r16 Falken AT3Ws on order. Should be in on Friday.

I'll definitely throw up a picture as soon as they're mounted. Super excited, myself!

I've been debating hardcore on whether or not to go away from these big MT's on my truck (285/75/16) and switch to AT3W's of the same size or go skinny @ 255/85/16

Tough choices

I really wanted the 255, but you can't get them in the AT3W sadly.

A big part of me wanted the big MTs, too, but the Disco is my daily driver and I do 20k+ a year and it seems to increase every year. I had to have good tread wear. At that many miles and judging by how they were wearing on my Silverado I expect to get 2.5 or maybe 3 years out of the Falkens though, which is pretty good I think.

The D2 I have been working on (03 D2) had the sunroof shades in all sorts of bad shape. Friend didn't want to replace the entire sunroof assemblies to get the shades to work or have me hunt down some at a junk yard, so I just yanked the entire assemblies out. It actually looks nice (if you didn't know it came with shades you'd have never known they were missing) and he's gonna just have them tinted and call it a day.

Just found out where the "road" sound and some of the moister has been coming from on Tricky Dick.

Between the passenger side door and passenger wing, there is a large hole. It is typically covered by the liner as I don't see any other part on the RAVE manual.

I think I need just the wheel arch liner and some arch clips...will start pulling it off this weekend

What are the benefits of the panhard?
