What did you do with your DII today?
I need to try this, maybe when it's back from my buddies shop for bumpers..
There is a place in Newark NJ that can rebuild them. I had a similar issue w a BMW one that I got rebuilt for $300. Good as new. I wish I could remember the place

Replaced idler pulley and SERP belt, didn’t fix, zeroed in on alternator, ordered a new one, installed and fixed the prob, amazing how tight old alternator was once we got it off and spun it. Back in business
