Sweet. I'm in the Lone of the Tree. I think there is group that gets together for beer down here once a month.. Havent been able to make it yet though.

interstingly the intake temp is not measurably higher. I spent some time measuring temp before I did the mod, it has only been a couple days and the environmental temp are different, but there is not difference in intake temp.

aside from this fact, it can't be any different than driving in the winter v the aummer.

Where are you measuring the temperarure?
The underhood temps are higher than the outside air, even on the hottest summer day.
The exterior of the intake tube will be the same temp regardless.

From a Torque app, the air intake temp.

Assumedly from the computer.

My point is not that it is not higher or lower but that the range was not beyond a standard deviation.
