Spent most of the day yesterday under MagPie dealing with a fairly heavy tcase leak. Took a lot more time than i thought it would simply because some jerk back in the 90's in England (probably while drinking tea, eating crumpets and making their teeth even more gross) thought it would be a good idea to place the flange of the DP/Cats to exhaust directly below where one of the bolts was to be removed from the service cover on the tcase. Literally, if the flange was a 1/2" either way it would have been no big deal. Naturally said bolt stripped and I had to summon the fury and magical lure of a hammer and vice grip to get it off. Bleh. Replaced all hardware after all that.

Just gotta add fluid now and hopefully that stopped the leak..

Damnit. Just noticed while washing MagPie that the drivers side headlight is cracked from a rock. Who's got an extra for cheapola?

Shift on the fly had a set of D1 headlights (fit the exact same) so you might get a deal on them in the for sale section.

It didn’t have the proper config at all (I replaced the original SLABS unit with an 04 unit when I did the CDL install). And I made the Fog Lights stay on no matter if I have hi/low beams on.

VERY handy diagnostic tool and I’m extremely pleased with it.
Just FYI for those lurkers considering the differences between them, my Foxwell NT510 will show those status items, but won't let you change them.

Nanocom for the win. sigh...

Yes, but the error keeps on coming back. I may be wrong here but I think its P500. Anyway, I do get a read out on what gear I am in (automatic), but it would be nice to get the speed and mileage back on.

I have gone to a couple of wreckers in the past on Vancouver Island and no such luck. No headlights, no shafts, no bumpers. Is there a trend here that I am not seeing? I have used crazy or gorilla glue in a pinch on such cracks on my volvo 850 wagon, that worked really well.
