Same here, just dailying the 04 lately.

l've been thinking about adding a set of inch spacers to the 04...just to give it a bit more clearance and better stance.

Went with 30.5 tires last purchase, they clear fine...but they fill the wheel well to much...in my opinion.

Plus, already have spacers...so it's just a matter of installing. Says the guy that can't get anything done anymore...lol.

Alex, good videos...yes...l could see the beads of sweat building on your forehead in that last mud hole. Thought for sure we'd hear a "Whoo hooo!" as you drove buy the camera.

Spent last week in the Outer Banks of NC. Fishing, surfing, chillin'. 550 mile round trip in 95 degree weather, but she ran nice and cool thanks to the inline thermostat mod

Been losing some coolant dropped in the UV dye took the Disco for a run, checked for the leak location yup got one, stupid return hose return hose to expansion tank by the looks of it. Could be the lower intake but based on the glowing green coolant around the bolts for the lower intake pretty unlikely. At least I can change that out/fix it before going out with my LR group.

Anyone have an idea the hose size and what to replace it with ?

On the plus size my Disco looks, slightly radioactive under UV light

bright green around the base of the hose appear to my issue, high temp & Pressure leak

While I’m still waiting on Clarkson to return from the shop, I’ve started to collect more parts for his build. After much obsession, I’ve decided on a 3” HD lift from RTE Fab…. But I’m going to have to save a bit more to purchase.
So in the meantime, I spent potential lift kit money on other items
Picked up some new Power Stop rotors and Akebono pads. A pair of TF diff guards. Finally, after obsessing for a few years, I found a vendor for the Challenger steel wheels from the UK. I sucked it up and paid the shipping costs I went with 16x8 -35 offset.
I also picked up a few interior accoutrements from Tuff Rok. Center console panel, ash tray/coin box switch panel and some new cup/phone holders.

Someone spent good money once upon a time one on a full rover tracks suspension and a lt230 and customs sliders and bumpers. Front bumper will definitely get replaced..
What a beast!!
