What lube for sunroof?

What lube should I use for the sunroof? Any advice for cleaning?

I use sunroof lube that I got for my VW,, it has high wax content so it does not attract dirt and is water proof.

I use Q-tips to clean the rails with bike chain cleaner.

I use a synthetic silicone lube and any rag and possibily q-tips are all you need to clean.
