What is the most likely cause of my bad MPG on my disco II

Get some Magnacors ordered, they will give you a huge increase in power/mileage along with that list I sent you that you have yet to ask about.
Don't waste your time tuning your engine and not do a full service, just to have a major failure that will cost you more then the value of your truck cause you aren't maintaining your truck properly.

wow, if the stock plugs are champions, that explains my bag mpg since they've been on since 99. just a question, but will changing the plugs slightly raise my engine temp? I mean literaly slightly or is it just me? I feel since I changed the plugs yesterday, the mpg did get better but I swear I saw the engine temp needle slightly be a tad higher than the middle but then it went down to the middle, could this be or was it just me?

disco mike, 3 questions about your service intervals:
1. which 2 vacuum lines/hoses should I replace, where are they located, and should I replace them only if they are brittle and falling apart?
2. is sea foam like a fuel additive and where can I buy it?
3. about the 2 coolant hoses that I should connect together under the TB, if I do so, won't I have cold weather starting since no coolant will be flowing through the TB?

Copper spark plugs need to be changed every 30,000 miles.
Copper plugs are the cheap ones.
Platninum's will last 60k and Iridiums will last close to 100k.
