Default What Size Main Bearing End Cap Side Bolt Washers (dowty washer) for Cap w/ crucifix?

FYI, I posted the same question in my thread "I think I screwed up by crucifix . . . "

I may be removing the crank end cap on my son's '04 D2 and in thinking thru the process completely forgot about the side bolts and special rubberized metal washers (Dowty washers?) that go on them.

These washers come in both a 16mm and 19mm size (big and small I guess). Does anyone know whether the side bolts for the end cap with the crucifix seals takes the 16mm or 19mm washers? I can't remember and want to order the parts.

Double check on Atlantic British, I think they say which ones go where on the product title. I saw it a couple days ago

I'm guessing the 16mm. The one you are removing has the Allen head bolt which actually counter sinks into the block(bolt and washer)

If I'm not mistaken you will have to remove the starter to get to the passenger side one.
