What are these?

New to the world of Land Rover and was looking over my 2002 Discovery and under the hood actually under the cowl there are 2 pigtails on each side that have 2-pin male connectors. Anyone know what they are?

For the heated windshield. If you're aren't connected, you probably don't have a heated windshield.
