Default What would this leak be?

Lower ball joint has oil on it. I have a grinding noise when turning hard right on the driver side front which led me to start looking around. I have some new tires and would like to get the suspension tightened up before putting them on and getting it aligned.
Could the grease in the bearing be washed out by this oil leak causing my grinding? Hmmm. Nice to have some opinions before tearing it down.

Thanks,
May take it in to get diagnosed for sure, then order the parts,, nice to know what I am talking about before putting her on someone else's lift.
Could a bad hub be causing some steering wheel shimmy while cruising, as well as when applying break pressure?

My 1997 had that in the rear wheel.
Turns out it was a wheel bearing.
When you turn, the wheel will scrape stuff cause the bearing is toast.

Haha, I have an unused wheel bearing sitting in my house as do I have most of the engine gaskets, exhaust gaskets and studs. Someone could get all this cheap.
