What year was the upgraded SRD500070 SLABS introduced?

What year was the upgraded SRD500070 SLABS introduced?
I know the upgraded SLABS (SRD500070) was used in the '04 Discovery when diff lock was reintroduced, but does anyone know whether or not the '03s had the SRD500070 too? There's an '03 being parted out locally and I'd like to know whether or not it has the "new" SLABS before I take the time to go try pulling it. Thanks.

Not sure if 03' came with the right ECU, but a knowledgable member on AULRO says there are 2 that work:
"Yes. The SRD000150 and SRD500070 at least will correctly respond to engaged CDL"
Also, you need to make sure that the SLS matches your rig(as in do you have active SLS, if so does the donor ECU or vice versa)
