Default Wheel Hubs

my 04 has a couple of bad wheel bearings, front driver hub has a lot of play and rear passenger hub is missing a lug stud. I want to replace all the wheel hubs just for peace of mind. Any reccomendations? are aftermarket hub assemblies ok? or should i be sticking to OEM?

I've used a ton of cheapie eBay hub assemblies with good luck. Others have had mixed results, but out of half a dozen or more I've never had one fail.

Different vehicle but on a Dakota I used to have I foolishly used the “economy” hubs and needed to replace them again about 50,000km later.
There are exceptions but usually OEM quality is similar to genuine LR. Aftermarket is often, but not always, poorer quality.

The only hubs you should buy right now with the current supply out there is the Proline hub from Rovers North or OEM hubs. Do not buy hubs from Atlantic British right now. Do not buy any hubs from Lucky 8 right now. Whatever batch they have in their warehouse at the moment are hot garbage from China. I've had to replace NINE this year because of that. Finally found hubs made in the UK that are awesome from Rovers North.
