Damn! That can get expensive quick! I need a headliner board too. I have been wanting to pull the sagging fabric out and paint it, but I have a crease across the back of mine (cargo area) from when a tree fell on the truck. Figure if I'm going to paint the headliner, I should at least have one without any wrinkles/creases/dents in it.

Right now it isn't too much of a bother, the sag in the fabric covers up the crease. I have safety pins installed in the front half to keep the fabric up and out of the way.
