Yeah, I have heard very little regarding Warns having issues and will likely go with the XD9000, I am just surfing other options.

Eh, that's pretty far down on the list. Every time I go offroading, I have you guys to winch me out. I'm scrimping for tires.

possibly. But with the price increases, and shipping, Treadwrights are becoming less of a great deal.
