Window breaks .. Do you know the solution?

You need a new window regulator. They wear out, and it is a do it yourself job. You'll want the regulator and extra clips/hardware that holds the Door card on. You'll need a screwdriver, and a set of plastic panel separators to get the door card popped out and avoid scratching the paint.
The job takes patience, and a bit of trial and error to fit, but it is doable.

The motors don't have rollers in them, they have gears.
The window track has plastic rollers/wheels.
When the rollers break, the track moves slowly, or binds and moves until it jams, or can't move at all.
The electric motors wear out and gum up over time.
The window will go up and down freely, but slowly, until the motor can't move it any more.
Replacing the motor, track, or just the rollers is a very easy job.
