Windshield cowl and pillars. OEM or fiberglass?

I just got around to installing my Malaysia cowl, did you have any issue with the hood hinges? It seems like mine won't allow the hood to open fully..

and definitely, no issues now.

My hinges definitely hit but after leaving the hood open partially the cowl flexed enough that I can now open it fully.
