Silblades are what you want.

 

Go to Expedition Exchange, Atlantic British or Rover Connection, you can order them there.

 

If you put the wiper arms from a DI on a DII you can buy wiper blades anywhere.

 

what they charge for OEM replacement blades is a bit ridiculous...

i did some minor "surgery" on the existing OEM blades to remove them-keeping the wiper arms intact, then purchased normal refill blades at an auto parts store. was able to use needle nose pliers to snugly clamp the blade arm retaining clips onto the new blade rails and it's worked fine.

 

What is the standard wiper size (length) for a D1? Here in podunk North Dakota they just give me blank stare when I ask for anything for a Land Rover. You'd think I was shopping for parts for a martian rover. I figure I'd ask here so I can just go grab what I need at the auto parts place.
