Default windshield wiper problem

Ok so nj had some bad snow this weekend and at one point I had turned my wipers on and they were stuck from the snow so I guess I pulled on the driver side one or something because now it won't move? The passenger one works but the driver only like twitches, trys to move but dosent. Anyone know what's wrong?

First whenever it snows or you have ice on the windshield you must make sure the wipers are not frozen to the glass or have to much weight on them, you will burn up the wiper motor.
But your problem is easier.
Tighten the wiper arm nut.

Close the hood, look at the wiper arm, at the base, there is a black cover, pop it off, tighten the nut, put the cover back, done.
15 min.
You can put a lock washer on the nut to keep it from coming loose again.
Make sure your wiper arm is in the right spot before you tighten the nut.

I did the same thing.

It blew my fuse, easily replaced, but other vehicles I've owned fault, then reset themselves.
