Default Wiper Stalk Lubricant

I did the cleaning and re-lubing of my Wiper Stalk Years ago, and it has worked beautifully, but the Vaseline that I used has lost it's effectiveness.

I need to do it again, and am wondering if anyone has a different Lube that will last longer. Doing a rebuild once every 5 years or so is not that big of a deal though.

I used dielectric grease and found it had problems when it was really cold out.
I will be trying the vaseline next time.

If you want a grease that will outperform Vaseline by 100% then use SUPER LUBE Synthetic #41150 (14oz.).
It comes in smaller sizes too.
I've used this stuff for years and it just works WELL!
Get it Online or at any NAPA, AutoZone, etc.

I use molykote on plastic stuff like that. Works very good in all temp conditions.

The wiper stalk really should be replaced with an OEM unit every 5-10,000 miles as preventative maintenance.

Kidding of course. Lol.

Thanks guys! I think I am going to give super lube a shot. Sexier packaging, and it’s “super” so it has to be good.
