came out of wal mart today and starting up my rover and my wipers starting up on their own so i waiting a mins and they whouldnt shut off . i shut it off the rover and try again and so ole thing so i pull fuse for now but what chould it be thanks

 

Sounds like maybe the multi function computer.
Does the rear wiper work?
How about the windows?
Anything else not work?

 

everything else works and i change the motor out like 3 wks ago

 

Put the fuse back and then with the wipers going fiddle with the switch, turn them on high, low, delay, tap on it, whatever and see what happens.
If everything else works I amn leaning towards the switch.
