Someone is in a time out!!

I am crossing my fingers that the passenger side O2 will be the last item to get me code free.

Now I am debating whether to keep Tricky Dick or sell it. Going to be boring if everything is fixed on it.

Ah the life of owning a Disco. I thought, "well, the aftermarket upper coolant temp sensor didn't work, I'll use the OEM one..." That's a funny joke, isn't it?

I just went and changed it and sure enough, the *(&^&%^$%*(#ing light came back on. Cleared it 2 or 3 times and it still came on.

My reward for my efforts? The SRS light came on.

I haven't driven the Disco in more than a couple months at this point and I realized I missed it, but I just about drove it straight off a cliff after that. I got the SRS light to go off after clearing it a few times, but still.

Oh yeah, I also had a new windshield put in last week and.... Oh yeah, air leaks and wind noise at anything over 35 mph.

My God I did not think this thing would test my patience this much. I'm calling Tom at GBR and letting him fix it with a relative open checkbook. Yep, I just said that. That's how pissed I am. Talk about a dysfunctional relationship...

l laugh at the 04 D2 I have as it sets a pending P0126 code for the engine not getting to operating temps quick enough LOL. With the 180F thermostat in it, I'm getting 172F around town and finally at 70-80MPH I'll get 182-186F. I love how cool it runs, but I just gotta fix the low oil PSI light BS at anything under 1,000RPM. I replaced the front timing cover and no change, so it's either lower end bearings (completely silent and smooth sounding engine with zero ticks or knocks).

Well, a little more success!

I put in a new passenger front wheel speed sensor (wired all the way to the cluster and soldered in right by the connector per Tom's advice and the way he did it before) and NO AMIGOS!!!!!!! DEATH TO THE AMIGOS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tom and GBR already knows he's getting it for the P1117/P1118 deal as I'm sick of it. I'm going to make him fix the cruise control and horn as well. He's the one cussing me now as he doesn't want to mess with either of those. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

I even washed and did a quick wax of it to say thanks for not being a total POS.
