The yellow/green is the lower wire in the plug, correct? Top wire is yellow/grey? I have to do this fix this week and I'm slightly color blind. I know, I know, go ahead and laugh.

Gray/yellow is top wire in pic. yellow /green is right below it (this is the one you want...it's also slightly thinner diameter than gray/yellow)... whole job with heat shrink and solder joints took about 1.5 hours...

remove air intake tube, relocate power steering pump reservoir, remove x3 10mm nuts on the shock mounts. Also, unhook the x3 brake lines from firewall clips. Lift ABS block up and out. Cut a 2x4 size piece of wood about 8" long and use this to hold up the ABS pump block. BE CAREFUL REMOVING THE allen head screws. Seat the allen wrench completely into screw. They are fixed by threadlock. make sure you have the CORRECT size allen wrench (I used a 5/32 which fit really well). And don;t push up on the ABS block so hard that you break your brake fluid reservoir! (which is less likely if you remove the brake fluid level sensor wire harness first)

Got to love the MD crabs! I'm cutting the wires so polarity won't matter. Just waiting on the new shuttle that was supposed to be here Sat. USPS at it's finest. I have my connectors, heat shrink, etc all ready to go. Actually, I already lifted the module to break the allen screws loose and put it back on its mounts last week. I was bored. Lol. And sorry, can't part with the engine.

THX ahab!

Magnecore and Kingsborne both made the extended wire kits a few yrs ago. NLA.... I found a NOS set on ebay. Might as well get get the crimp tool, boots, and some 8mm wire and make your own....would cost the same....and you get to keep the tool....

Magnecor 83332GC
Kingsborne IGN-790GC
