Hi all

just purchased a 2016 disco sport from a dealer whom had really good reviews not a main dealer.
car spec was very high, had some issues with park sensors and park assist turns out after a LR inspection car had been in for some body repairs and the senaors was missing in the front driver side and some bumper parts missing from bad body repairs. Only had the car 2 weeks, also some issues with boot hydraulics and boot needs aligning along with some bolts for steering. Also advised car has been in collision not as bad but has had some knocks. the dealer had done a 95 point check and ticked the sensors and park aid as working, clearly not checked which means did they check the car properly.
Do i have any rights to return this car under consumer rights or is it worth just having them rectify the issues.
