Hello Disco Owners,

Have a 2016 Discovery Sport with 5K miles so far and keep getting the annoying Camera System Fault intermittently! It used to happen only when I would start the car. Initially I didn't bother much as restarting the car would fix it.

But now it is happening while driving and I keep getting the warning in the instrument cluster. Pressing OK just clears the warning and restarting isn't fixing it anymore. But again it is intermittent, doesn't happen always.

Has anyone else experienced the same ?

Called in for an appointment with the dealer tomorrow, will update the outcome.

 

What was the resolution? Having the same issue with mine.

 

The dealership tried to reset the camera system and flush out any codes in the vehicles, but the issue kept coming back. Finally they replaced the camera which resolved the issue. Had to get the vehicle in a couple of times to get it sorted out. Since my vehicle was still under warranty, all of it was free.

Brandon, I am also having the same issue (2016 RR) with the camera error. Was yours resolved by replacing the camera(s) as well?

TKP: How many cameras replaced? If one, location?

 

BTW, I am also getting "Limited SOS Functionality" error msg. Any ideas for resolution?
