Default Lifting the Disco Sport

Call me crazy, but I’m doing something most DS owners don’t do. I bought a set of Eibach “lift” springs and new 275/45R20 Atturo Trailblade tires. I’ll Take it into the shop tomorrow to have the springs fitted and the tires should be mounted by the end of the week. I’ll post Up impressions and photos with the results.

Here’s Disco Steve as he sits now.

Disco Steve has been lifted. I gained exactly 2” with the springs and tires.

Absolutely love it! Looks better and rides better! Totally worth it!

Thanks!! This was a fun mod that adds a little something to the often overlooked DS. I think it’s a great bang for the buck mod for DS owners who want to push their DS a little farther. I’ll post up some things we get into and how the DS handles it.

I took the nonsensical front air dams off this morning. Opening up quite a bit of unobstructed clearance.

I'm looking to do the same to my 2018 Disco Sport.
I see the Eibach coil spring lift kit online, but their are a variety of "lengths", mainly listed in mm (millimeters). Which length did you go with?
Also, I found some coil springs on different sites that have them in inches. Does anyone know the standard/stock coil spring length on the Disco Sport?
The website I found has the brand "King Shocks", but they have a ton of sizes. Diameter and length.2.5"x14", 2.5"x18", 3"x14", 3"x16", etc. etc. They also have weight ratings. 250lb, 400lb, 600lb.
This is a lot to sift through.

Any help on the size, length, weight that I should be considering.
Ideally, I'm looking for a 2" lift and want it to feel stable off-road, but still comfortable and easy to handle as a daily driver.
